1. General Information

Unfold Beyond provides Holographic Kinetics (HK) sessions, aimed at supporting personal growth and wellbeing through holistic and self-awareness-based methods. All services are provided by appointment only.

By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through the website or via direct communication. Payment is to be made in full before the session unless otherwise agreed.

If you have paid online and fail to attend your session (no-show), 50% of the session fee will be retained to cover time and administrative costs.

3. Late Arrivals and Cancellations

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session may be cancelled at the practitioner’s discretion, and you may be charged as a no-show.

If the session proceeds after a late arrival, please note that the full duration cannot be guaranteed, and fewer than the usual 3–4 issues may be covered.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price.

4. Refund Policy

All session fees are non-refundable, except in circumstances where a cancellation or rescheduling occurs in accordance with Section 3 or by the practitioner.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your payment may be applied as credit towards a future session.

• If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, 50% of the session fee will be retained, and the remaining balance (if applicable) will not be refunded.

• If the practitioner must cancel or reschedule and an alternative appointment cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are not provided based on personal outcomes, perceptions of effectiveness, or dissatisfaction with the session.
